Recently, Chipsmall Limited has successfully passed the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2021 electrostatic protection management system certification, which has laid a solid foundation for the company's more standardized as well as high-quality development. It also marks that the company's level of electrostatic management has reached a high international standard, providing excellent protection for the quality of electronic components.

Since February 2023, CEPREI sent an ESD audit team to conduct ESD electrostatic protection management system certification audit for Chipsmall Limited. The audit team implemented on-site confirmation from the planning of procedure documents, implementation records and on-site ESD management, and communicated with our ESD coordinator, relevant department heads and engineers. They also affirmed the ESD management in terms of compliance records, reports of product approval, full staff training, product approval report, ESD sensitive level classification, grounding system, human body grounding, EPA area management, packaging requirements and labeling, and gave guiding opinions on subsequent improvement.

After confirming the document system, the audit team conducted on-site ESD certification audit on our quality control laboratory, quality control department and warehouse, including electrostatic discharge control management, EPA area construction, grounding system, electrostatic testing, product packaging and many other aspects. The audit team put forward targeted opinions on improvement in various aspects, and gave full affirmation to our company in the construction of ESD system and the implementation of various control initiatives.

With the great attention and active cooperation of the leaders and departments of Chipsmall Limited, comprehensive and detailed rectification measures were carried out for the improvement opinions proposed by the audit team. After the rectification report submitted was passed, the audit team concluded that Chipsmall Limited’ s ESD system met the audit standards and successfully passed the ESD system audit!
