Chipsmall Limited took part in the 17th Employment Assistance Job Fair for Disabled Persons on May 26th, which was hosted by the Bao'an District Disabled Persons' Federation and the Bao'an District Human Resources Bureau, and co-organized by the Boshang Entrepreneur Service Team. This job fair provided job opportunities for nearly 200 persons with disabilities from nearly 30 companies.
The HR team from Chipsmall was led to the job fair by Mr. Lin, general manager of Chipsmall and leader of the Boshang Entrepreneur Service Team. Chipsmall responds actively to local and federal policies on hiring people with disabilities and giving them fair and equal job opportunities. The Boshang Entrepreneur Service Team has participated in the Bao'an District Federation of Persons with Disabilities job fair for six consecutive years since 2017, organizing over 100 companies to participate in recruitment and successfully matching jobs for about 20 people with disabilities. The team's sustained involvement has given people with disabilities solid work possibilities and served as a model for other businesses looking to support the employment of and integration of people with disabilities into society.
Chipsmall supplied a number of opportunities at the job fair, including warehouse keeper, quality specialist, foreign trade specialist, operations assistant and so on, to provide varied job options for those with disabilities.
