In order to get a better understanding of customer satisfaction with our company's products in terms of quality, service, price, delivery,payment,etc., and to continuously improve ourselves,we conducted a customer satisfaction survey on May 18, 2022. We distributed survey forms to 50 major customers and received 45 responses, resulting in a response rate of 90%.

Based on the survey of 45 major customers,the customer satisfaction rate in this survey was 90.9%,which met the target of 90%.
This indicates an improvement in the quality awareness of all employees since the implementation of the quality management system.At the same time, it demonstrates that our customers support us all the time. We cannot be satisfied with the existing position and must continue to maintain quality stability,improve service levels, and provide products of high quality and low cost to better serve and meet the expectations of our clients.
