ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification Training

On the morning of 4th-June, Chipsmall had arranged a training course for every department to study the new edition of ISO 9001 quality management system.
Mr. Huang, from the National Training Center, was invited to demonstrate the new ISO 9001 knowledge.
What is ISO9001?
ISO9001 is not a single standard but a general term for a class of standards. It is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) developed by ISO/Tc176 (Technical Committee for Quality Management and Quality Assurance of ISO) ISO 9001 provides a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of your organization to consistently satisfy customers. By implementing the documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives in the ISO9001, QMS helps coordinate and direct our organization’s activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis.
Why we need to establish ISO9001 system?
1.Meeting the customer’s requirements, which helps to instill confidence in the organization, in turn leading to more customers, more sales, and more repeat business.
2.Meeting the organizations requirements, which ensures compliance with regulations and provision of products and services in the most cost- and resource-efficient manner, creating room for expansion, growth, and profit.
Mr.Huang pays more attention to the participation and interaction of employees during the training, he often raises some questions for the reality of our company, which will enable us to better concentrate our attention and have a deeper understanding of the knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
