Audit Process

During the audit, the audit team collected objective evidence through conversations, inquiries, document reviews, on-site observations, and other methods, adhering to the principles of objectivity and impartiality. Each department actively provided relevant documents and information, as well as thorough responses to the audit team's queries. The audit team then conducted on-site audits of the laboratories, QC department, and warehouse EPA areas, examining the inspection process and packaging protection of sensitive components, electrostatic testing, EPA area construction, grounding systems, and other factors. They made specific improvement recommendations and acknowledged the design of the ESD control system.

Audit Results

After the audit, the audit team, Chipsmall's CEO, Lim, and department heads convened for a closing meeting, during which the audit team delivered a full overview of the audit findings. This audit process provided an excellent chance for Chipsmall's self-examination and development, improving our general management and individual professional qualities.
