The long-term development lies on product quality and good customer service

Chipsmall held the first meeting after the resumption of work in the afternoon of 22nd-May-2020, general manager Lim, sales manager, QC manager, warehouse manager, and all personnel of purchasing department attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by general manager Lim. The meeting mainly focused on bringing forward the improvement measures against some existing problems; putting forward more stringent requirements for all departments, and looking forward to the future development and outlook for the company.

Firstly, the general manager pointed out the importance of the quality control for a company, emphasizing every one shall have a positive view of high standard，strict requirements of quality control. For this point, the general manager illustrated some examples, and explained to all attendees carefully and patiently.

Secondly, general manager held a discussion about the existing problems, the opinions from all attendees were unusually brilliant -- with high lights.

General Manager Lim would like to introduce the Bar-code system for warehouse management system in the future to improve the working efficiency. He mentioned: In addition to develop more foreign manufacturing clients, all departments shall work together as a team, focus more on details and strengthen internal communication. 

Finally, he concluded that we shall try our best to work better on daily job and quality control with more enthusiasm and enterprising spirit, so that to make our high-quality electronic components more welcomed by the world.
