Chipsmall Limited recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of Quality Management System (QMS) documents and arranged employee learning to ensure continual quality improvement. We have always been guided by the quality policy of "integrity-based, quality-first, continuously improving, customer expectation-exceeding," and are dedicated to enhancing the quality of our products and services.
We have consistently worked to raise our quality management level since receiving ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2019 in order to meet both international standards and customer expectations. To better achieve this goal, we updated our QMS documents to ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system.
Chipsmall actively planned training to guarantee that employees fully adhered to the requirements of the quality management system. Employees from all departments took part passionately, digging into the content of our QMS documentation. They gained a deep understanding of the principles, requirements, work processes, and standards outlined. Through this learning, they all developed a clearer comprehension of our company's quality management system and better understood their responsibilities in their daily work. What’s more, they built a profound awareness of their significant impact on product quality, placing a heightened emphasis on attention to detail and executing their work with utmost precision to ensure compliance with our high standards of quality requirements.
