Chipsmall Limited recently invited a senior system consultant, Mr. Ye, to conduct an ISO system standard training. The goal was to promote the execution and implementation of the company's ISO quality management system thoroughly, to unify the company's quality management standards and regulations, and to improve the efficiency with which the quality management system operated.
Since acquiring ISO quality management system certification in 2019, Chipsmall has been committed to improving the quality of our products and services. This is our second ISO quality management system training, with the goal of providing all employees with a better understanding of Chipsmall's quality policy, procedural documents, job requirements, and so on, so that ISO quality management standards can be implemented more comprehensively and customers can receive high-quality products and services.
Mr. Ye offered detailed explanations of the standards and requirements of the ISO 9001 system during the training, allowing our employees to completely comprehend the meaning and purpose of the ISO standards. Simultaneously, he discovered and provided solutions to various problems in Chipsmall’s system execution. Mr. Ye also advised personnel on certain procedures and methodologies, assisting them in better understanding and applying ISO standards.These efforts have provided a solid foundation for the company's future development, as well as strong support for enhancing product and service quality. Chipsmall will continue to optimize and develop our ISO quality management system, improve service quality, and provide better products and services to our customers on an ongoing basis.
