On December 9, 2022, in order to improve the professional knowledge of staff and provide better service to customers, Lim, General Manager of Chipsmall, led excellent staff from the sales department, purchasing department, quality department and other departments to visit Shenzhen Shenwei Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd, a strategic partner of the company, for an in-depth study and exchange on chip fabrication and packaging.

The conference room discussion started with a welcome speech by Mr. Chen from Shenwei Technology, who gave us a warm welcome and explained wafer-to-chip fabrication process in detail, types of packaging and chip testing, giving the participants a comprehensive understanding of chip related knowledge.

Subsequently, the production line leader led Chipsmall personnel to visit the site of the production workshop.We saw that the workshop was spotless, staff were well organized, and large automated equipment were available. The workshop has been fully automated.From wafer cutting, placement, packaging, taping and packaging to testing in all aspects, there are all automated operations, which are worthy of being a top high-end technology company in China. During the visit, the production line leader gave detailed answers to the questions raised by the participants, who all said they had gained a lot.
